Payment
I accept Paypal, money order-cashier's check and personal check. Your items will ship promptly upon receipt of payment (personal check will require minimum 5 business days to clear). If it's a made-to-order or custom order, I will promptly send you an email with turn around time. I will keep you regularly posted on the progress & send you shipping notification.
Shipping
I utilize Paypal shipping & your shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you upon check out. I always insure my packages unless the insurance option is not offered by USPS in which case I will notify you. International shipping costs may vary ~ if the cost is significantly greater or lesser than what you have paid, I will refund you the excess or may ask you for additional payment prior to shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns within 5 days upon receipt of item (based on delivery confirmation) in unused, original condition. Please contact me immediately if you need to return an item and I will provide return shipping address. Buyer must provide tracking & insure package to be returned. Buyer responsible for all shipping costs.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please note that I use mostly vintage and re-claimed materials which have stood the hands of time & some will show signs of wear & imperfections inherent in vintage fabrics. I consider these "imperfections" part of the beauty of the fabric and feel that it tells a good "story" and gives my design a "worn-in" look. Please be aware of this when deciding to make a purchase. The goods that I make are not generally for those seeking "shiny, brand spanking new" products. Mahalo!
